• Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.
• Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Verification

• We will verify the shipping address to prevent fraud and ensure accurate delivery.

Shipping during Summer months or hotter States

• We highly recommend EXPEDITED shipping if you live in a high climate State.
• If your ordering during summer months EXPEDITED shipping is also recommended
  

Eco-Friendly Shipping

• We prioritize eco-friendly packaging materials, such as kraft paper and water-soluble packing peanuts.
• All shipments are carbon neutral.

Damaged Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and items.
• Do not discard the damaged packaging or items until we confirm further instructions.
• We will replace damaged items or offer a refund for unusable items.
